Job Summary
The Project Manager will maintain good coordination with Clients, Vendors and Internal Departments. In addition, they are responsible for compliance of specification and contractual requirements, Schedule and Cost Control of the Project based on the Sales Release.
JOB DUTIES/Responsibilities
- Attend Client kick-off meeting
- Initiate and co-chair Internal Kick-off meeting with Sales
- Establish overall schedule
- Review scope of supply and contractual requirements of projects
- Acknowledge Purchase Order
- Acknowledge Change Order
- Manage requisitions and coordinate with the Purchasing Department.
- Monitor project drawings/documents submittals
- Coordinate with Client, Vendors, Partners, Fabricators and Erectors (worldwide)
- Resolve technical issues with appropriate disciplines leads and other stakeholders
- Manage project cost, prepare and submit client change orders.
- Review financial reports on projects
- Initiate and execute invoicing milestones with clients
- Perform site and shop visits as required
- Monitor material, documents, fabrication and erection status
- Oversee management of projects in SAP and provide updates on progress on regular basis
- Generate and issue progress reports to management and clients as required.
- Provide project execution guidance to junior peers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Professional certification preferred
Work Experience
- 5 years of experience managing small to medium-sized projects required.
- 7 years of relevant technical experience in a related position in lieu of a bachelor’s in engineering degree

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
