Position: Technical Delivery Manager Project Based 6 months in KSA as one trip

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Lead and govern the end-to-end technical delivery of strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, solution architecture, delivery execution, quality standards, and operational readiness.
- Act as the key technical governance authority across project lifecycle phases, managing technical risks, stakeholder alignment, delivery dependencies, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful and sustainable solution delivery.
- Collaborate with project management, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with approved scope, enterprise standards, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Support governance and coordination across multiple concurrent projects, vendors, and technology streams within strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Delivery Governance
Lead and govern cross-functional technical delivery activities across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
2. Technical Risk & Escalation Management
Identify, assess, and proactively manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery escalations impacting project success.
Facilitate technical decision-making and resolution of complex delivery challenges across project stakeholders and delivery teams.
3. Architecture & Solution Assurance
Review and govern technical solution deliverables, integrations, and architecture alignment to ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and operational readiness.
4. Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary technical focal point for customer and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and confidence throughout project execution.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate effectively with project management, development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, QA, and business teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
6. Delivery Standards & Governance
Drive adherence to delivery governance frameworks, SDLC standards, documentation quality, and technical best practices across projects.
Ensure technical delivery quality and compliance with approved architecture, standards, and customer expectations throughout project lifecycle phases.
7. Presales & Technical Advisory
Support strategic opportunities and proposal activities through technical assessments, solution reviews, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
8. Technical Capability Development
Continuously strengthen technical leadership capabilities and cross-domain expertise across emerging technologies, enterprise platforms, cloud, integrations, and industry solutions in alignment with business and project needs.
9. Vendor & Third-Party Governance
Govern and oversee technical delivery activities performed by vendors, subcontractors, and third-party implementation partners, including review of technical deliverables and compliance with project scope, architecture standards, delivery quality, timelines, and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Computer Science or Engineering
- A minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- 2 - 4 or more years in Developing/Delivering Solutions for Mega Projects and System Integrations.
- Strong technical governance and delivery management capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Ability to manage delivery risks, escalations, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to lead and influence teams, vendors, and stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of enterprise delivery governance frameworks, SDLC methodologies, Agile/SAFe practices, and large-scale system integration environments.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure within complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
