Job Purpose
Manage and maintain Project Management methodology by Governing, controlling, promoting & monitoring a comprehensive, consistent and coherent set of unified main IT processes and procedures across all ARG activities including projects management, change management, and Documentation management to ensure high-quality IT services delivery of ARG mission critical business systems and applications, for Companies/Group departments to conduct normal continuous business activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects by assisting PMO in project scoping, planning, managing resources, and reporting following IT project management standard and best practice in order to deliver IT projects meeting Business requirements.
- Manage, control, promote and monitor a comprehensive, consistent and coherent set of unified main IT processes and procedures with coordination with IT process owners to have effective IT quality.
- Manage and oversee change requests processes and ensure all necessary liaising and risks management are done with all necessary stakeholders via coordinating change building, testing, implementing, documenting in accordance with schedules in order to manage the fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Oversee and sustain relations with different IT departments, IT vendors and IT customers.
- Oversee and manage suppliers and customer relationship process including development, overall coordination and managing IT customers SLAs and IT suppliers’ contracts to align IT suppliers contracts with Internal IT SLAs to gain better IT services.
- Develop, manage, empower and motivate the project staff to act in a proactive, high quality, and efficient manner to meet objectives set out in IT strategy with customer orientation.
- Manage & maintain the financials of the assigned projects, to deliver the requirement within the allotted budget of the project.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned IT demands.
- Assessing and analyzing the demand requests from various companies within ARG.
- Preparation of the IT demand proposal in coordination with the business representative.
- Provide required support in the procurement of the solution in coordination with Business & IT procurement team.
- Governing and monitoring the execution of the demand request and handle support and escalations wherever required.
- Mentor IT and business team in the selection of right solution to get the maximum output from the solution.
- Liaise between business and IT in acquiring the right solution, which aligns best with the business initiatives and within the governance framework of IT.
- Participate in solution enhancement discussions and provide necessary inputs to resolve any conflicts, and provide suggestions in improving the service.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT field;
- PMP certified;
Additional Qualification
- PMI- Agile certified Project Professional
- ITIL certified
- SCRUM Certified
Experience
- 3 - 4 years, experience as Project Manager;
