Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Planning: Create project schedules, set milestones, and define the scope of work.
  • Budgeting: Estimate costs, manage contracts, and control expenses.
  • Procurement: Order materials, rent equipment, and hire subcontractors.
  • Supervision: Visit job sites, monitor daily progress, and solve on-site problems.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety rules and follow local building codes.
  • Communication: Update clients, architects, and crew members on project status.
