UX Designer (all genders)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will design and optimize digital experiences across platforms, ensuring that user needs and business goals are balanced. The role focuses on research, interaction design, and cross-team collaboration to deliver clear, usable, and engaging interfaces.
What You´ll Do:
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows based on requirements.
- Support development teams by delivering precise UX documentation.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders within the team such as Developers to ensure feasibility and consistency.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and brand alignment in all designs.
- Continuously improve solutions based on data and user feedback.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Interaction Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Basic experience in usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work in agile, fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
