If you’re organized, customer-focused, and want to grow quickly alongside a team that values safety, integrity, and people-first leadership, this role is for you.

Compensation for this role: $90,000 - $110,000 Depending on Experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate with GCs/CMs, designers/engineers, end users, IT teams, field crews, subs, and manufacturers
  • Operate confidently inside typical construction administration workflows:
  • submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, trend logs, daily reports, change orders, closeout packages
  • Manage schedule milestones and readiness: pre-planning, rough-in, trim, commissioning, programming coordination, and turnover
  • Support technical alignment across AV ecosystems (e.g., QSC/Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, DSP, control, video distribution, conferencing)
  • Ensure clean closeout: as-builts, O&M manuals, training, warranties/registrations where applicable

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of project coordination or PM experience in AV / low voltage / technology systems
  • Experience working on large construction sites (commercial, healthcare, higher ed, K-12, entertainment venues, etc.) with multiple trades and active schedules
  • Familiarity with construction administration practices: submittals, RFIs, COs, schedule of values, schedule coordination, closeout documentation
  • Working knowledge of AV scopes: conferencing, displays, speakers, microphones, control systems, DSP, racks, patching, basic network concepts
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through

Highly Preferred:

  • CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D, manufacturer certs, or willingness to pursue certifications
  • Experience with AV manufacturers/programs (QSC, Crestron, Extron, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and project platforms (Procore, etc.)

  • Encore Electric provides excellent benefits for our employees, including: medical, dental, and vision plans, disability, and life insurance, employee-matched 401(k), paid time off (PTO), an employee assistance program that includes counseling, legal, and financial advice.
