RMC is hiring a System Administrator to support the Accounts Management team at NWS Crane in Crane, Indiana. In this role, you will help maintain secure, reliable access to the RDT&E network by supporting user account administration, identity and access management, and workforce onboarding and offboarding activities. You will work closely with users, technical teams, security personnel, and government stakeholders to ensure account requests, privileged access, authentication tokens, and related processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable DoD and Navy requirements.
Responsibilities• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access for NWS Crane.
- Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding activities.
- Process System Authorization Access Requests (SAARs).
- Manage Privileged-Level Access Agreements and related documentation.
- Issue authentication tokens and reset PINs.
- Troubleshoot account and access issues using Active Directory.
- Maintain accurate records and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with users, technical teams, security personnel, and government stakeholders.
- Active Interim Secret clearance or higher required to start.
- 3–5 years of IT experience supporting a service desk, account management, system administration, or identity and access management team.
- Current DoD 8570.01-compliant IAT Level II or III certification, such as Security+, CASP, CISSP, or an approved equivalent, is required.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
- Strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to improve processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a DoD or Navy support environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting DoD, Navy, or federal IT environments.
- Familiarity with Navy identity-management processes or systems.
- Experience with SAARs, privileged access, token issuance, or multi-factor authentication support.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $65,000 to $80,000 (annually).
