👉 Summary We are looking for a new GIGAnte to join our team as a QA Manual Senior. You will be part of a technology and event production company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. The company combines audiovisual technology, creative services, and digital solutions to support in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.

👉 What You'll Do

  • Design and execute test plans to ensure software quality.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests.
  • Identify and report bugs and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve product quality.

👉 We'll Expect You To Have

  • Manual QA Experience
  • Core Rails (UI/UX): Exploratory testing on web interfaces, business logic, user forms, and core workflows.
  • Event Consistency: Validating that user actions in Rails correctly trigger events published to Kafka.
  • ntegrations Ecosystem: E2E data integrity verification across RoR, Salesforce, and Sage ERP.
  • Mobile Testing: Functional and UX testing across native/hybrid mobile apps (iOS/Android).
  • Agile Role: Defining Definition of Done (DoD), Acceptance Criteria, and refining User Stories.
  • English
