  • Provide practical research guidance on questionnaire design, sampling approaches, fieldwork strategies, and project execution to help clients achieve reliable, high-quality outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party sample, panel, and translation vendors, proactively managing expectations, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate research operations across survey programming or hosting, panel/sample providers, fieldwork, data collection, and final delivery.
  • Perform data quality checks and cleaning in Microsoft Excel while maintaining strong standards for data integrity, GDPR, CCPA, and personally identifiable information (PII) protection.
  • Provide dependable coverage during Pacific Time working hours, including support for late-day Eastern Time launches and smooth project handoffs across teams and time zones.
  • Track project margins and vendor costs, support financial oversight, and coordinate final billing reconciliation.
  • Identify potential delivery risks early, resolve issues independently, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in quantitative market research, with hands-on responsibility for projects spanning questionnaire programming through final data delivery.
  • Proven ability to own and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while balancing timelines, priorities, quality, budgets, and client needs.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Practical experience working with panel or sample providers, survey programming or hosting platforms, fieldwork processes, and data quality procedures.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience handling PII in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection standards, including GDPR and/or CCPA.
  • Highly autonomous, resourceful, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex challenges independently.
  • Availability to work standard hours of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time (12:00 PM–9:00 PM Eastern Time), with occasional flexibility for project launches or urgent client requirements.
  • Experience in expert networks, primary research, or other rapid-delivery research environments is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics or Decipher/Forsta and project management tools such as Monday.com is an advantage.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Benefits

  • CAD $70,000–$90,000 annual compensation.
  • 100% remote work from Canada.

  • Comprehensive health and wellness package.
  • Structured two-week onboarding program covering internal tools, workflows, and delivery playbooks.
  • Opportunity to work with proprietary technology and AI-driven survey tools designed to improve the speed, accuracy, and scalability of quantitative research.
  • Direct exposure to clients and the opportunity to contribute research insights that support important business decisions.
