Our Strategic Transformation Office Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig City as a Project Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage technology-driven projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive project execution, manage risks, optimize resources, and deliver innovative solutions that support the Bank's strategic objectives.

What the role will entail

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology and innovation initiatives.
  • Define project requirements, establish project plans and timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, QA specialists, designers, and infrastructure teams.
  • Manage Agile and Scrum project delivery frameworks, including sprint planning, progress tracking, retrospectives, and release management.
  • Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and overall project performance.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring timely escalation of critical concerns.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Software Development, or a related technology leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing software development projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
