Programme / Project Manager Role

  • Manage a number of related projects in the HR Tech area – Primary Technology is SuccessFactors but other technologies are involved.
  • Additional Technologies include AI (Console), Jira, OpenText / PowerDocs and Claude based AI tools.
  • Management of the programme plan, governance, dependencies, delivery dates, resources, risks, issues etc.
  • Management of stakeholders and delivery of updates and communications.
  • Management of the meetings, schedules and co-ordination of the various delivery teams.
  • Work with business owners on Change Management and Adoption activities
  • Coordinate the wider HR Transformation programme across workstreams
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Executive steering committee meeting attendance
  • Overall project governance
  • Acting as a bridge between executives, project managers, and various departments (like engineering, marketing, and finance) to keep everyone aligned.
  • Work on an international team in different timezones and often competing priorities.
  • Work in an iterative way with the business stakeholders to agree, develop and document solutions.

Programme / Project Manager Key Skills

  • HR Business Process and data knowledge;
  • Knowledge of HR products including Successfactors and OpenText;
  • Ability to manage challenging stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage and guide on effective Change in the HR area;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Business & Technical leadership
  • Ability to manage the delivery teams – mainly the People Tech and Automation areas – but other technical teams will be required as well.
