Our Tucson, AZ Land Development team is looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of a variety of residential, commercial, municipal, and public infrastructure projects throughout Arizona.

What You'll Do As our Project Manager on our Land Development team, you'll help guide projects from initial concept through construction while balancing technical quality, client expectations, budgets, schedules, and team collaboration.
- Project Leadership: Lead civil engineering projects and coordinate project teams from planning and design through construction.
- Client Relationships: Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a key point of contact throughout project delivery.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical direction and review for grading, drainage, utilities, roadway, and other site development improvements.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor project scope, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and overall project performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work with engineers, designers, surveyors, planners, environmental professionals, and other disciplines to deliver coordinated solutions.
- Agency Coordination: Communicate with municipalities, public agencies, and regulatory stakeholders to advance project approvals and resolve issues.
- Business Development: Support proposals, interviews, client pursuits, and relationship-building activities that contribute to continued growth.
- Mentorship & Development: Share technical knowledge and support the development of engineers and designers as appropriate to your experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional experience in civil engineering, land development, site development, or related infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to or lead civil engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of civil/site development principles, including grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure design.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, project teams, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona, or the ability to obtain one, preferred/required based on level and project responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing residential, commercial, municipal, or public works projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Experience coordinating with local municipalities or public agencies.
- Experience with project budgets, schedules, proposals, and client development.
- Previous experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other professionals.
- Arizona civil engineering or land development experience.
