We are hiring a Senior Avaya Telecom Engineer with 15+ years of experience in Avaya systems.

Required Skills:

  • Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, and System Manager 7.1.3
  • Avaya CMS R18 and Workforce Optimization 15.2
  • Avaya G650/G450/G430 gateways and Spira SBCs
  • Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, routing, switching, firewalls, WAN, and QoS
  • Experience in Avaya installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and Tier III support.
  • Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to guide junior team members.
