Job Requirements About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (F) to join our Project & Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution, stakeholder management, governance, issue resolution, and team leadership. The candidate will manage platform projects, oversee application and process-related issues, and ensure timely resolution and audit support. The role also involves supervising specialized activities such as testing, process monitoring, and KPI analysis, while maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, governance frameworks, and escalation processes.
- Oversee platform project execution, including application and process issue resolution.
- Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for issue resolution and support audit requirements.
- Design and implement complex and critical solutions, including SOP documentation and adherence monitoring.
- Supervise specialized activities such as testing, process monitoring, checklist validation, and KPI analysis.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the managed area.
- Ensure governance and compliance across all project activities.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Resolve complex queries and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Serve as the first-level escalation point for sub-units.
- Manage specialized activities including transaction monitoring and testing.

- Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Post-graduation: Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within financial services or operations.

- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and escalation protocols.
- Expertise in process monitoring, testing, and KPI analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
