What you'll do:
- Assess client technology environments and define scalable, secure DevOps architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Design and implement the secure integration of AI models, agents, and platforms with enterprise applications, data pipelines, and operational workflows.
- Contribute hands-on to development by writing, reviewing, testing, and debugging code.
- Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and container platforms.
- Establish DevOps standards, governance, and reusable patterns that embed security, compliance, quality, and cost controls throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Advise client stakeholders, lead architecture decisions, and coach multidisciplinary teams to adopt modern DevOps ways of working and deliver measurable outcomes.

What we're looking for:
- Education: BSC, Computer Science or related field
- Experience: 7+ years
- Skills:
- Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps architectures
- Hands-on expertise with deployment and release management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Ansible, Maven, Docker, Terraform)
- Experience designing, integrating, and operationalising AI and agentic workflows
- Hands-on experience with Open LLM ecosystems (e.g., Llama, Mistral, Falcon), including model serving, fine-tuning, and inference optimisation
- Strong background in integrating automated testing and security within CI/CD pipelines
- Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration using Kubernetes and/or OpenShift
- Proven track record working in Agile delivery environments
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Go or other programming languages
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts, align cross-functional teams, and influence decision-making across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
Bonus points for:
- Dutch Language skills, B1+
- Agile Leadership and/or Project Management experience (SAFe, PRINCE2)
- Cloud, Kubernetes and other technical certifications
