Job Description

Enfinity Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Asset Project Manager to join our Asset Management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful transition of new projects from development through to operational handover. The Asset Project Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones and driving timely execution across all project phases.

Responsibilities:

  • Closlely working with the Head of AM Europe, assist Asset Managers with execution planning and coordination.
  • Analyze needed resources (in house / outsourced) to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Assist / lead Request for Quotes process, offer award, contract negotiation ensuring compliance with quality, safety, budget control, and schedule requirements.
  • Manage all administrative / payment matters related to Project Execution
  • Support in the active management of Spare Parts, including feeding internal systems.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and progress, providing regular reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Asset Management, O&M, Finance, Legal, HSE, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Build the Work Breakdown Structure and align it with the Project Execution Plan.
  • Maintain schedule logic, calendars, constraints, to ensure data quality and traceability.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly updates with critical path analysis, narratives, and variance reports.
  • Standardize reporting formats, layouts, filters, and codes across projects.
  • Generate reports on critical and near-critical paths, float, and logic.
  • Liaise with Global Asset Management team and with regional Construction team
  • In case of major repair activities needed on operational assets, integrate offering / contracting of all phases including engineering, permitting, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor in Industrial/Civil/Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration or related field.

·       3–5 years in project management for EPC or infrastructure projects (renewables preferred).

·       Proficiency in ERP (Netsuite) / Microsoft Project; advanced Excel; Power BI a plus.

·       Team spirit attitude

·       Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary stakeholders and drive accountability.

·       Fluent in English and Italian, with other language capabilities (Spanish) considered an asset.

·       Strong presentation and communication skills to clearly convey schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans to management and stakeholders.

·       Excellent written reporting.

·       Detail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
