Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process for the liquid cooling portfolio, driving projects from concept through commercialization.
  • Manage new product development schedules, production planning, and resource coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee infrastructure design, pump skids, and system architecture for high-density datacenter deployments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners for product validation, optimization, and quality assurance.
  • Support major customer deployments with technical project management and onsite arrangement.
  • Track project progress, risks, budgets, and timelines while providing regular reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (PMP certification preferred).
  • Proven experience managing hardware/product development projects, preferably in liquid cooling, thermal management, or datacenter infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of NPI processes, production planning, and onsite deployment coordination.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with major hyperscale customers and datacenter cooling solutions is a strong plus.
