Title: Associate Marketing Project Manager (Contract) Location: American Fork, Utah/ Remote Compensation: DOE

Job Summary:

The Associate Project Manager Contractor drives the execution of marketing projects across creative, social, digital and packaging. This role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at high quality; managing expectations as priorities shift. This is a fast-paced role where multi-tasking, organization, clear communication, efficient collaboration and quick decision-making are crucial to success.

This role reports to the Marketing Projects Lead. This is a 40hr/week contract role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of 20+ concurrent marketing and creative projects across DTC digital campaigns, print & event assets, social media, sales support, and branded merchandise.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows in Wrike, ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders remain informed.
  • Review project intakes, quickly understand scope, establish timelines, and coordinate resource allocation based on team capacity and business priorities.
  • Support and facilitate weekly creative prioritization meetings, helping align business priorities, team capacity, and project timelines.
  • Review creative briefs submitted by the Brand team to ensure deliverables and timelines are clearly defined before kicking off creative work.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and timeline impacts, escalating issues and recommending solutions when necessary.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear communication, and successful project delivery.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Projects Lead to continuously improve team processes, project workflows, and ways of working.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, account management, marketing operations, or a related role
  • Experience supporting marketing, creative, or integrated campaign projects.
  • Experience working with a creative agency and/or in-house creative team is preferred
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Workfront, or similar platforms; experience using dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work cross-functionally
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Preferred: Experience supporting a CPG company or globally recognized consumer brand
