Responsibilities
• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and continuous iteration of the company-wide user engagement platform, covering channels including Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, Email, and SMS.
• Establish a centralized communication calendar and resource management mechanism to improve visibility across business teams and reduce overlapping, duplicated, or excessive user outreach.
• Build user preference and consent management capabilities to enable differentiated communication based on users’ region, language, lifecycle stage, behavior, preferences, and consent status.
• Design and continuously optimize company-wide user communication governance mechanisms.
• Lead the core product direction of the engagement platform, including unified data dashboards, event-triggered messaging engines, journey orchestration, and cross-channel frequency control.
• Drive the implementation of AI-powered personalization capabilities, including optimal send-time prediction, personalized content generation, and intelligent user segmentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across Operations, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and other stakeholders to enable effective cross-channel collaboration and execution.
• Establish a comprehensive measurement framework for user engagement effectiveness and use data insights to drive continuous product optimization.
Requirements
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with platform products, CRM, notification platforms, growth platforms, or user engagement products.
• Strong understanding of major user communication channels and related product mechanisms, including Push Notifications, Email, SMS, and In-App Messaging.
• Experience with data products involving cross-channel attribution, user segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Experience with large-scale platform governance, workflow management, permission systems, approval mechanisms, prioritization frameworks, or rules engines.
• Strong platform product mindset, with the ability to abstract diverse business requirements into standardized, scalable, and reusable product capabilities.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify user engagement issues through data and translate insights into product improvements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Product, Marketing, Growth, Operations, Engineering, Data, and Compliance teams.
• Familiarity with user lifecycle management, segmentation, personalization, experimentation frameworks, consent management, and engagement analytics is highly preferred.
• Experience in internet platforms, fintech, crypto, e-commerce, social platforms, or other large-scale consumer-facing businesses is preferred.
