Full description
morning is looking for a business-oriented, analytical, and highly independent Product Manager to own a product domain end to end- from identifying the opportunity through strategy, shipping, measuring, and iterating.
Our customers are independent business owners and freelancers. A deep understanding of their day-to-day operations underpins our core product value and serves as the foundation for every strategic decision.
You won't be handed a roadmap to execute. You'll form your own view of where the opportunity is, make the case for it, and be accountable for whether it worked. Domains are aligned with strategic business priorities and tailored to individual strengths, and they can shift as the business evolves.
What You'll Own
1. Domain Strategy & Ownership
- Lead domain strategy end to end, defining the vision, roadmap, prioritization, rollout, and optimization
- Develop the business case behind your roadmap — market sizing, adoption forecasts, retention impact, pricing, and ROI.
- Maintain full accountability for domain KPIs, including ARR, penetration rate, and user adoption.
- Navigate ambiguity effectively by establishing clear hypotheses, driving execution, and translating outcomes into actionable insights.
2. Cross-Functional Execution
- We don't operate in squads. R&D, Design, Data, and Marketing capacity goes to the strongest opportunity, which means your roadmap isn't capped by the size of a team you were assigned - it's set by how good your case is.
- Ship early to validate assumptions with real user behavior, aligning cross-functional teams around live feedback and data-driven iterations.
3. Data Fluency
- Maintain comprehensive command of key domain metrics, including user volume, conversion rates, retention, and growth trends.
- Perform quantitative analysis independently to evaluate opportunities and measure feature impact without relying on dedicated analysts.
- Proactively and continuously investigate data anomalies to uncover underlying strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS product management, demonstrating successful end-to-end ownership from discovery through post-launch iteration.
- Strong business acumen, including expertise in business models, unit economics, pricing strategies, retention, and ROI analysis.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, with hands-on proficiency in product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude) and self-serve data querying.
- Deep strategic curiosity regarding customer needs, market dynamics, and broader business drivers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
