Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • 3 years of experience in Cloud storage and the overall public cloud ecosystem including customer requirements, market trends, competitive positioning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, Developer Relations, and Outbound Product Management.
  • 3 years of experience in software development or engineering, including building and scaling vector search, vector databases, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) products within cloud services.
  • Experience with the Generative AI and Agent ecosystem, including agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience taking developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or AI platforms from concept to General Availability.
  • The ability to effectively, efficiently, and ethically interact with artificial intelligence systems to drive productivity and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Benchmark competitive products and extract actionable insights to shape product strategy and drive the roadmap.

  • Navigate the challenges of building retrieval systems for exabytes of data, ensuring optimal price-performance for cost-sensitive, high-scale vector search workloads.
