Enercon Technologies is a leading company specializing in the development of Power Supplies and Networking Products for the Defense Industry. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end technological projects.

Job Description:

Full responsibility for managing and overseeing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to customer delivery.

Plan, manage, and control work plans and schedules.

Lead projects in a dynamic, cross-functional technological environment.

Conduct risk management activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to ensure project progress.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders: including Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality.

Lead and monitor procurement and supply processes during the development phase, ensuring coordination across all parties.

Track milestones and tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Maintain continuous communication with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field – mandatory.

At least 2 years of experience in project management or PMO within hardware, electronics, or multidisciplinary systems – mandatory.

Experience in a manufacturing company and/or the defense industry – mandatory.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and MS Project – mandatory.

Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory.

Strong engineering understanding and familiarity with development processes – a significant advantage.

Personal Skills:

Fast learner with strong system-level understanding.

Team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment; hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
