Job Summary
The Systems Analyst works with key project stakeholders to capture business and user requirements. He/she also works with the Developer and Platform Administrator to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification. He/she is expected to learn, train on product-specific trainings and get certified on ServiceNow System Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represents project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - planning, development, and release processes
- Owns the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
- Works with development team on release estimates
- Supports development team in understanding business and test requirements
- Translates technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions
- Owns the backlog of the assigned ServiceNow product
- Perform the following task-related activities:
- Prepare status reports and provide/present status updates
- Manage issues and risks
- Document job aids, knowledge articles and related processes
- Provide inputs and support continuous service improvements
- Perform and deliver on other supporting subtasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- At least 1-2 year/s experience in Information Technology, specifically on Product Management or Business Analytics
- Knowledge in ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas
