We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Project Manager (22769) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and software projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business objectives.

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate effectively with business, technology, and external stakeholders.

• Define project roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, resources, and deliverables.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate project tracking and follow-up meetings with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and overall delivery performance.

• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and project status updates for key stakeholders.

• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and operational efficiency.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment between technical teams, business areas, and clients.

• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• +5 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or software projects.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end technology project delivery.

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience working in Waterfall or hybrid environments.

• Strong experience in project planning, scope, schedule, budget, resource, and risk management.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of software development and technology project delivery.

• Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.

• Experience in IT consulting or digital transformation projects.

• Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience in enterprise or financial services projects.

• Knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, project governance, and executive reporting.

• Experience managing Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
