Position Overview:
Thrive Networks seeks a Security Business Analyst to streamline client communications and enhance security service outcomes. The role centers on conducting recurring meetings with clients to discuss security performance and operational concerns, developing tailored reports for security operations analysis, and driving client service improvements. The analyst plays a key role in the smooth onboarding of security solutions and in fostering strong client relationships through effective feedback mechanisms and quality improvement initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct recurring meetings with clients subscribed to our security services to:
- share performance insights.
- discuss operational concerns.
- review client security tools' dashboards and portals and provide walkthroughs as needed.
- Work with internal teams to develop customized reports tailored for client use, aiding in the analysis of their security operations.
- Develop and implement client quality improvement plans in partnership with Security Operations leadership.
- Provide operational improvement recommendations based on client feedback and data analysis.
- Attend internal and external onboarding meetings representing the Security Operations teams.
- Consult with project management, Deployment, and Security Operations teams to ensure successful onboarding of security solutions.
- Identify feedback trends to enhance client experiences with our services.
- Proactively follow up with clients after feedback from CSAT surveys.
- Relay customer feedback and suggestions to the Security Operations leadership team.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of network protocols, operating systems, application layer protocols, and security best practices.
- Basic familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and other foundational cybersecurity concepts.
- Understanding of cybersecurity threats.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong desire for continuous improvement.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
