Full description

• Individual contributor that will be elaborating creating dashboards to identify insights and patterns to improve customer experience across differente line of business.

• Will follow continuous improvement methodologies across different verticals to minimize costs and improve CX.

Key responsibilities

• Create live dashboards to understand data and track trends.

• Robust understanding of SQL and Python.

• Effectively communicate with other verticals’ stakeholders such as product, HR, CX to unblock bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or product management.

• Experience in customer experience.

• Experience in SQL and Python.

• Lean Six Sigma Certification.

• English C1. (Recommended but not required).

• Experience in data analyses and flow diagrams.
