  • Lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to keep work aligned, accountable, and moving forward
  • Monitor project scope and identify risks, bottlenecks, and out-of-scope activities
  • Drive milestone adherence and support on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain on deliveries and Commercial Operations on invoicing
  • Organize and lead internal and external project meetings
  • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, project updates, status reports, and presentations
  • Communicate project progress clearly and consistently to customers and stakeholders
  • Escalate blocking issues and support timely decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and project execution
  • Share lessons learned and contribute to local and global continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, business, or related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, regulated environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools

Preferred experience

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • PMP or other project management certification
  • Advanced degree in a related discipline
  • Experience working directly with customers or external partners

What makes you a strong fit

You are someone who can bring structure to complexity. You know how to keep teams aligned, ask the right questions, identify risks early, and communicate clearly when priorities shift. You are comfortable working with customers and internal teams, and you enjoy being the person who helps move important work across the finish line.
