Full description

Job Summary:

  • บริหาร ควบคุม และประกันคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ตามมาตรฐาน จัดการข้อร้องเรียนเพื่อความพึงพอใจสูงสุดของลูกค้า
  • บริหารแผนการผลิตให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย (Optimization) สร้างกำไรสูงสุด และควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังตาม Bottom up Stock Target Methodology

Responsibilities:

  • บริหารและติดตามการผลิต: ติดตามการผลิต/คุณภาพรายวัน จัดทำ Daily status และนำส่งข้อมูลผ่านระบบ Control Tower
  • การประกันคุณภาพ: ตัดสินใจระดับคุณภาพ ประสานงานฝ่ายผลิตและการตลาด ออกเอกสาร COA และดูแลระบบ LIMS
  • จัดการสินค้าไม่ตรงข้อกำหนด (Non-Conforming Product): ปรับสูตร (Fine Tuning), กำหนดการ Recycle/Downgrade, จัดการสินค้า Dead Stock & Slow Movement และควบคุมการ Lock Product
  • จัดการข้อร้องเรียน: ดำเนินการเรื่องสินค้าตีคืน สอบสวนหาสาเหตุ วางแนวทางแก้ไขและป้องกันร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • บริหารข้อมูลและมาตรฐาน: จัดทำ Product Nomenclature, Specification, Recipe ในระบบ ISO/SAP และจัดทำมาตรฐานตามข้อกำหนดลูกค้าพร้อมรับการ Audit
  • ตรวจสอบและพัฒนากระบวนการ: ทำ Daily Quality Audit (Bagging & Logistics), ติดตามการ Trial Product เพื่อลดต้นทุน และปรับปรุงงานตาม OEMS, TPM, Productivity

Qualification:

  • ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือ วิทยาศาสตร์ (เคมี, เคมีอุตสาหกรรม, โพลิเมอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
  • TOEIC 550+
  • ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
