About OpenLoop

OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.

About the Role

OpenLoop is hiring a Business Analyst to support operating and financial decisions across our national telehealth platform. OpenLoop powers white-label virtual care through provider staffing, technology, payer coverage and revenue cycle management, licensing and credentialing, regulatory support, and practice management. This role will work directly with data, build practical models, and help leaders answer questions across patient volume, provider capacity, client performance, reimbursement, quality, and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Work with Operations, Finance, Clinical, Customer Success, and Product to understand their questions and carry out the agreed analysis.
  • Use SQL to retrieve, reconcile, and validate data from multiple sources, with support on complex data structures.
  • Build forecasts, scenario models, and business cases using operational and financial drivers.
  • Analyze trends and variances in areas such as patient volume, provider utilization, client programs, launch timelines, and revenue cycle performance.
  • Present a recommendation, the supporting evidence, and the assumptions or limitations that matter; improve recurring analyses as you learn the business.
  • Use AI and automation responsibly while maintaining the ability to validate your work independently.

Who You Are

  • A degree or equivalent applied learning in a quantitative field, plus a model, analysis, or research project you can explain in detail. Academic and personal work count.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and strong spreadsheet fundamentals.
  • Comfort with incomplete information; clear communication with technical and non-technical partners; and reliable overlap with the team's confirmed core hours.

Our Benefits

In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans
  • Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts
  • Flexible PTO
  • 401(k) + Company Match
  • Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more

Our Company

We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop. Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table and make things happen. This fits in well with our core values of Autonomy, Competence and Belonging, as we want everyone to feel empowered and supported to do their best work.

Sound like a good fit? We’d love to meet you.
