The Business Analyst will define and model product offerings within the information system while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business roadmaps. They are responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications and participating in the testing and deployment of new modeling versions.

À propos du rôleProduct Modeling est à la croisée des chemins entre les différentes parties prenantes de l’avant-ventes, la vente, le Billinget Delivery, Nous assuronsle soutienau Chef de Produit en s’occupant de la modélisation des offres sur le système d’information et la co-construction du parcours de vente, cette modélisation se base sur le concept de catalogue.
Activités principales :
- Garantir le respect des délais et les engagements relatifs à la feuille de route Business.
- Définir la modélisation appropriée pour le lancement des offres, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes(MKT, GDO, Zones & DT).
- Animer les réunions nécessaires pour recueillir, comprendre, cadrer et analyser les demandes de mise à jour de la modélisation des offres.
- Transformer les demandes de mise à jour en spécifications fonctionnelles.
- Participer aux phases de test et de déploiement des nouvelles versions de modélisation.
- Assurer la conformité de la modélisation aux normes/recommandations TMF/ODAet aux meilleures pratiques.
- Contribuer à la résolution des problèmes et incidents avec les parties prenantes concernées.
- Participer à des projets transversaux avec différents acteurs.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes opérationnelles de l'équipe de modélisation commerciale.
À propos de vousProfil recherché :
- Connaissances du standard TMF/ODA est un requis.
- Expérience significative des méthodologies Agile Scrum et SAFe.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de catalogue.
- La connaissance des processus d'avant-vente, de vente et de production est un atout.
- Capacité à coordonner et à fédérer les parties prenantes.
- Souci du détail pour garantir l'intégrité et la cohérence du produit.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais.
- Les certifications SAFe (Agilité, LPM) et Scrum Master sont souhaitables.
- La familiarité avec les processus et outils de facturation (devis à facturation) tels qu'Abacus, Enov, Castor, GRP et Evolve est un avantage.
- Connaissance des outils de modélisation ou de configuration pour la gestion des contrats, des catalogues, des devis, des commandes et des livraisons (par exemple, Congas, CSG, Ciena Blue Planet).
