Full description

The Digital Product Analyst will support the digital product, marketing channel, and operations teams with a focus on conversational intelligence, inbound call tracking, and marketing analytics. This role will help manage campaign tracking and engagement, support acquisitions and new locations, develop custom reporting, and coordinate field requests that improve visibility into marketing performance. This role reports directly to the Sr. Product Owner of Call Tracking & Conversation Intelligence and works closely with marketing analytics, marketing channel, and operations teams.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Support digital product leadership on projects focused on inbound call tracking, conversational intelligence, analytics, and reporting.
  • Analyze and report on inbound call KPIs, attribution, and call outcomes to help marketing understand campaign performance and assist operations teams optimize inbound call handling.
  • Maintain data quality, integrity, and standardization across marketing attribution data by conducting regular audits, identifying discrepancies, and performing necessary data remediation.
  • Manage conversational intelligence related tasks such as AI signal development and training, model accuracy auditing, performance monitoring, and optimization.
  • Maintain and update marketing attribution data configurations, processes, SOPs, and best practices documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage marketing phone number provisioning, Interactive Voice Response systems (IVR) building, and related marketing data for existing and new locations.
  • Help oversee pilots and integration of AI agents, including voice and SMS experiences, into call flows and configure outcome-based tracking.
  • Effectively communicate backlog requests progress with stakeholders and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Manage and maintain call alerts and network outage monitoring systems, while coordinating resolution with internal and external teams.
  • Support acquisitions, divestitures, new store openings, and organizational changes by updating call tracking, marketing attribution, phone numbers, IVR configurations, and related system mappings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Two or more years of marketing, data management, reporting, or marketing analytics experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency utilizing enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to design prompts, analyze unstructured data, and generate business insights.
  • Must be detail-oriented and data-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly in Excel.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, web analytics, CRM, call tracking, or attribution platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-team environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with inbound call tracking and analytics platforms/vendors is preferred.
  • Automotive industry knowledge preferred.
