Overview
The Senior Business Analyst serves as the operational leader of the Analytics Lane within the PMO&O and is responsible for the portfolio intelligence function — providing a single source of truth across all delivery organizations.
This role owns Division-wide KPI dashboards, executive reporting, workforce analytics, trend identification, and decision support across the broader Division.
The Senior Business Analyst partners with the Division Leader, Delivery Directors, the General Manager – Model T, Program Managers, embedded Business Analysts within delivery organizations, and PMO&O peers to ensure leadership operates from consistent, accurate, and actionable data.
Responsibilities
Portfolio Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop and maintain Division-wide executive dashboards
- Maintain KPI definitions and reporting standards
- Coordinate consolidated reporting across delivery organizations
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reviews
Workforce Analytics
- Maintain workforce ramp, deployment, and retention analytics
- Support headcount planning and analysis
- Provide workforce performance insights
- Coordinate with Consultant Engagement Manager on engagement analytics
Program Performance Analysis
- Analyze program performance across delivery towers
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support performance management initiatives
- Provide analytical insights to delivery leadership
Cross-Functional Trend Analysis
- Conduct cross-organizational analytical reviews
- Support root cause analysis on performance variances
- Provide insights into operational and commercial trends
- Coordinate with Financial Analyst on integrated reporting
Executive Decision Support
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to the Division Leader
- Develop decision-ready analysis for strategic initiatives
- Support business case development and ROI analysis
- Maintain executive-quality analytical deliverables
Data Governance & Quality
- Establish data governance standards across the Division
- Ensure reporting consistency and accuracy
- Coordinate with embedded BAs on data standards
- Support data quality improvement initiatives
Analytics Lane Leadership
- Define the analytics roadmap for the Division
- Plan analytical capability expansion as the Division grows
- Support future Analytics Lane hiring and onboarding
Phase 1 & Phase 2 Leadership
Phase 1 – Analytics Foundation
- Establish Division reporting framework
- Build initial KPI dashboards
- Activate Power BI and reporting tooling
- Implement data governance standards
Phase 2 – Mature Analytics Operations
- Expand analytics team
- Mature predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Drive performance management through data
- Support advanced executive decision support
Governance & Documentation
Maintain and support:
- Reporting standards and methodologies
- KPI definitions
- Data governance documentation
- Dashboard documentation
- Analytical models and tooling
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or BI roles
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting and decision support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Experience designing KPI frameworks and reporting standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting managed services, manufacturing, or technical services portfolios
- Experience with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or data warehousing
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with Insight Global operating model
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau, or related certifications
