Role Overview
As a QA Engineer, you will take responsibility for developing and executing testing strategies within a product development team.
Working closely with Tech Leads and Software Engineers, you will help ensure that software features behave according to agreed requirements and meet appropriate quality standards before being released to customers.
Rather than relying solely on traditional manual testing, you will combine test automation, exploratory testing, risk-based testing, and AI-assisted testing to identify defects early and improve overall product quality.
Developers are expected to perform initial testing of their own code, while QA Engineers provide an additional layer of quality assurance, particularly for high-risk changes, edge cases, and regression testing.
You will also contribute to establishing modern testing practices that allow engineering teams to deliver software quickly without compromising reliability.
The ideal candidate combines strong testing expertise, automation experience, analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach to software quality.
