Dit bedrijf is gevestigd in de omgeving van Eindhoven en houdt zich bezig met het ontwikkelen en leveren van geavanceerde softwareoplossingen. Zij zoeken direct een starter die hun komt aanvullen in de rol van product support engineer. Hierbij is het doel dat klanten de software optimaal benutten voor hun financiële processen en dat problemen snel en effectief worden opgelost.

Als starter zal jij je bezig gaan houden met het zijn van het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, en daarbij los jij hun vragen en incidenten zelfstandig op. Deze vragen en incidenten zijn zowel functioneel (hoe werkt de applicatie, welke berekening vindt er plaats) als technisch (foutmeldingen reproduceren en debuggen). Hiervoor is het handig dat je zelfstandig te werk kan gaan en ook bekend bent met klantcontact.
