DESCRIPTION:
Join our dynamic team and embark on an exciting journey filled with diverse tasks and responsibilities.
Your primary focus will be on development and maintenance embedded software for controlling mass spectrometers, proactively prioritize, estimate work items and analyzing data to solve complex technical problems. Working closely with our software architect and software colleagues, you will play a vital role in deriving detailed software technical specifications and overseeing all stages of software development, from initial research to customer release.
You will be responsible for independent development of complex concepts according to given architectures using modern technologies and programming patterns. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and support to software colleagues, and multi-functional teams in developing Mass Spectrometer instrument.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience with embedded software development for complex software architectures.
- University degree in computer or natural sciences.
- Experience with development of software for scientific instrument or other complex embedded product.
- Excellent knowledge of Python, strong background in embedded software development, good understanding of C++
- Willingness to learn about mass spectrometry applications
