Lead Delivery Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in Bulgaria.

About the role:

As a Lead Delivery Manager, become a part of the team who works on critical business automation initiatives across multiple markets to reduce manual handling times.

As a recently formed team, they have many opportunities and ideas for sharing value back to the customers within their continuously expanding platform. They're looking for talented and trusted engineers to help them impress their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of all features in the project roadmap
• Manage the Chatbot migration and coordinate complex cross-system integrations
• Manage the team work on daily basis
• Align with all relevant stakeholders on new requests and changes
• Release, risk and dependency management
• People management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering or Delivery Manager
• Delivering high-quality software projects, using established best practices, and being able to implement mechanisms to ensure the quality is kept during its lifecycle
• Experience with IT support platforms
• Able to work independently and collaborate to solve complex problems
• Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
• Critical thinking and good communication skills

• Investigate, define and resolve complex issues
• Able to work in distributed cross-functional teams effectively
• Influence customers and team members on the project level
• Plan, schedule and monitor your own work competently
• Have learning agility (readiness for challenge and being open to change)
• Confident Intermediate English (or higher) is a must
