Job Purpose

Lead a team of Business Analysts to deliver clear business requirements and effective technology solutions. Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet business needs, and follow company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Analysts.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to deliver the right solutions.
  • Review business requirement documents and ensure quality.
  • Support project planning, resource allocation, and estimation.
  • Ensure solutions align with business goals and existing systems.
  • Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) and issue resolution.
  • Monitor team performance, workload, and project progress.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and team capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst with team leadership experience.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
