What you will do:

  • Support the optimization of digital tools and business workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements, tracking outcomes, and exploring AI-enabled solutions for continuous enhancement.
  • Help analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document needs, and collect user feedback.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring processes and recommending practical solutions aligned with business needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Management, or related.
  • 2 years of related working experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI, VBA, workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, n8n), and basic financial knowledge is a plus.
  • Good command of English and Chinese
