Salary: £40,000 - £65,000

Role Overview Differentis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role involves working directly with clients on-site while offering flexibility to work from home. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives by gathering and analysing business requirements, conducting in-depth process reviews, and driving improvements that align with our clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders.

· Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions.

· Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions.

· Process Mapping within a live workshop environment (remote and F2F)

· Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear documentation.

· Ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value.

Key Requirements

· Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

· Demonstrated expertise in business process mapping and improvement.

· Proficiency with tools such as Liberty Spark/Skore, ARIS, and iGrafix is highly desirable.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with client-facing responsibilities.

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Experience in IT or digital transformation projects is a strong advantage.

· Desirable experience working with Higher Education, Healthcare, or other similar environments

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
