At NextLink, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Program Support Specialist to join our team and collaborate closely with one of our most recognized clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

You will support the delivery of a strategic, organization-wide cybersecurity program, providing coordination across planning, governance, reporting, financial management, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Build and maintain the integrated program plan, tracking milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies, and workstream progress.
  • Coordinate program governance, including status cycles, steering committees, workshops, actions, decisions, risks, issues, and change logs.
  • Prepare clear management reports, dashboards, decision papers, and steering materials, ensuring accurate and reliable program information.
  • Support financial management, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals, actuals, and year-end provisions.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IT, business, Finance, Communications, and Change, ensuring clear ownership, alignment, and follow-up.
  • Support security communications, awareness, and adoption initiatives, while maintaining program documentation, tracking key indicators, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • Experience supporting a Program Management Office, transformation initiative, or portfolio of interdependent projects, including integrated planning, governance, reporting, and management information.
  • Experience coordinating projects, workshops, steering meetings, and cross-functional workstreams, with strong follow-up and facilitation capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of program planning, risk and issue management, change tracking, stakeholder coordination, and governance processes.
  • Experience supporting financial coordination, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals, or related financial control activities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience with Microsoft Project or comparable planning tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint or comparable collaboration and document-management platforms, and the ability to learn enterprise portfolio, financial, reporting, and workflow tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a structured and service-oriented mindset.

Desirable Requirements

  • Exposure to Cybersecurity, Information Technology, organizational change, or security awareness programs.
  • Familiarity with agile, hybrid, or traditional program delivery methodologies.
  • Experience supporting communications, engagement, adoption, or awareness initiatives in complex or global organizations.
  • Experience defining and tracking indicators related to stakeholder engagement, awareness, adoption, or behavior change.
