Your key responsibilities as a Data Analyst will include:
- Conduct thorough desk research to investigate, validate, and amend data accurately.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding queries and data discrepancies.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and KPI reporting metrics with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure assigned projects and data transition activities are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Analyse recurring errors and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Data Analyst:
- You will have a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- You will possess strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- You will demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- You will be able to work independently, identify opportunities for process improvement, and consistently achieve SLA and quality targets.
- You will quickly learn concepts related to mutual funds and collaborate effectively within a team environment
