The role

We're looking for a Property Finance Analyst to join our Logistics Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Portfolio Finance Manager, you'll sit at the centre of Asset Management finance activity for a diverse logistics portfolio, delivering accurate, timely and insightful reporting that supports strong decision-making and compliance.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys variety and wants broad exposure across portfolio reporting, forecasting and valuations.

What you will be doing

  • Prepare month end reporting, including income, expense and capital accruals and prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly management reports with detailed variance commentary, presenting to the asset team.
  • Liaise with external property managers on reporting, trial balances and forecasts, and support statutory disclosures.
  • Manage tenant outgoings processes, including budgets, wash-ups, accruals and analytical review workbooks for audit.
  • Update the Anaplan budgeting and forecasting model, including leasing forecasts, operating expenses, capital expenditure and other income.
  • Support the preparation of forecast and budget presentations for internal investment teams and external owners.
  • Assist with valuation packs for Investment Management and posting investment property revaluations.
  • Oversee reconciliation and reporting of debt arrears and support bad and doubtful debt recommendations.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of existing processes.

What makes you stand out

  • Strong communication skills are essential — you'll be liaising regularly with external managers, auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to use initiative and manage multiple priorities against tight deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • A relevant degree (Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent) is highly regarded, along with progress towards CA/CPA.
  • Experience with SAP, Anaplan, HFM/Oracle or Tableau will also be well regarded.

  • Embrace diverse and challenging career opportunities, supported by our dedicated Learning & Development Team committed to your growth.

  • Be recognised by peers through nomination awards and take part in our generous Employee Referral Program.
  • Enjoy hybrid working and generous leave benefits.
  • Access to Fitness Passport, with a company contribution towards membership.
