As a Business Analyst (Open Payment Framework) - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to deliver software products that revolutionize industries and provide exceptional user experiences.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, take ownership of projects, and develop skills outside your comfort zone.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation - Managing and mentoring teams to enhance performance and deliver exceptional client service - Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ - Utilizing application frameworks and lifecycle management tools to streamline software development processes - Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain software quality - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for software projects - Implementing continuous integration and delivery practices to improve software deployment efficiency - Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless system interactions - Promoting the adoption of microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions for scalable software development - Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and embrace technological advancements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering - Foundational knowledge of ISO 20022 messages and flows (pain.001/.002/.008/.013/.014, pacs.002/.004/.008/.009, camt.027/.029/.030/.031/.054/.056/.087, admi.004)
Understanding of multi-scheme/multi-bank/multi-currency models; schemes such as SEPA/SCT Inst/UKFP/XCT, and routing/settlement concepts
Familiarity with status management, acknowledgements, returns, cancellations, modification/cancellation/claim flows
Must have worked as a Business Analyst in Banking domain areas
Strong Understanding of payment frameworks with preference given for FIS OPF
Strong Client communication skills
Open to work closely with the client to understand and translate requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications across application functionality
Ability to collaborate closely with software architects and developers to design API and integration solutions that align with business needs and technical standards.
Create detailed user stories, process flows, integration mapping documents, and use cases.
Ensure solutions adhere to banking industry regulations and compliance standards
Experience working with requirements tools with preference given to Jira
