QA Lab Analyst Co-Op

Job Description:

The Role: Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a QA Lab Analyst Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. The QA lab analyst co-op will support the daily workflow of the QA lab and be the point of contact for some R&D ongoing projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Comprehend current test science and significance.
  • Perform daily test using existing methods, note pain points.
  • Research and propose improvements.
  • Execute feasibility studies for new ideas.
  • Summarize findings in reports
  • Support R&D ongoing projects

What We Seek:

  • In pursuit of a bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, biology and other science related majors.
  • Took general chemistry and organic chemistry courses, especially with chemistry lab experience. 
  • Have strong interest in learning advanced analytical chemistry tools. 
  • Motivated to make a positive impact

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Solid chemistry knowledge foundation and lab skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organization skills and motivation to executive tasks in time
  • Analytical, critical, and logical mindset, be curious and exploratory

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

  • Chemistry
  • 2027 or 2028

Eligibility:

  • Must be a currently enrolled student
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
  • Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program
  • Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Be able to stand for 30 min for sample prep and lift 10 lbs of bottles.
