Requirements

Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in IT service delivery or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Applicants must be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining a government background investigation and preferably hold a Secret clearance.

Full description

Run day-to-day service delivery for a Defense Health Agency test infrastructure program, from tickets and SLAs to change control.

You'll support a new Defense Health Agency program. This position is contingent upon contract award, and the start date will align with the program start.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as service delivery manager under the Program Manager and back them up when they're out
  • Run IT service management: ticket queues, service levels, account provisioning and the change board
  • Track performance measures and build the monthly reports the government reviews
  • Coordinate the infrastructure, platform and cyber leads so test events land on schedule
  • Lead customer experience and service improvement work

Must have:

  • 7 or more years in IT service delivery or project management, including 3 leading a team
  • Experience running an ITSM process (incident, request, change) against service levels
  • Experience supporting a DoD or federal customer
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep the background investigation DHA designates for this position

Nice to have:

  • PMP or ITIL certification
  • Experience with Jira Service Management
  • An active Secret clearance or higher

Location: Chantilly, Virginia, on site at the test center, with work at the Ashburn, Virginia data center as needed.

Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required for the investigation this role needs. Zaden's FSO verifies investigation status.

Pay range: $145,000 to $168,000 per year for Chantilly, Virginia.
