Work you'll do:
- To support day-to-day PMO activities including project trackers, status updates, meeting coordination, minutes, action tracking and documentation
- To ensure project data, reports, timesheets, financial information and documentation are accurate, complete, and kept up to date
- To coordinate effectively with project teams, stakeholders and management, follow up on outstanding actions, and communicate issues or delays promptly
- To manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritise work independently and proactively identify gaps or items requiring follow-up rather than waiting for instructions
- To be able to work with Excel and other PMO tools to maintain trackers, analyse project data, prepare dashboards/reports and support management reporting

Requirements:
If you are someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in information security, information systems management, computer science, engineering, or other related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in relevant PMO, project coordination, or project administration experience, preferably within IT, cybersecurity, technology, or consulting environments.
- Prior experience in a structured project governance environment is highly desirable
- The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment, with strong coordination, communication, and strong PMO Governance & Reporting Skills
- Candidates with PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Scrum Master, or other recognised project management certifications will be preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and produce content to tight timelines.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritizing a variety of tasks.
