Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves diligently investigating and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation by promptly addressing and resolving technical challenges. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential to maintain system reliability and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Strong understanding of monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system availability. - Experience in analyzing system logs and performance metrics to detect irregularities. - Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement effective solutions. - Familiarity with alerting systems and incident management processes.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
