Role Summary
As a Product Manager at Kipu, you will work across the platform execute on the roadmap within our behavioral health platform. You will serve as the connective tissue between design, engineering, operations, and commercial teams—delivering solutions that are loved by users and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll lead discovery, guide development, and shape launches that drive measurable value for providers and patients.
This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about behavioral health and driving clinical workflows alongside patient impact.
What You'll Do
Strategic Direction:
- Collaborate with other team members to understand the vision and roadmap for the team you will be working with.
- Refine the strategic direction into work that can be given to engineering teams to build.
Customer & Market Engagement:
- Validate the strategic direction andyour approachwith customers and experts.
- Work with Product Marketing to understand how to position the roadmap items for customers.
Execution Excellence:
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and delivery plans.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and release planning sessions.
- Proactively manage trade-offs and escalate blockers to ensure successful delivery.
What Success Looks Like
3 Months:
- Understand the prioritized backlog and roadmap aligned with keyplatformand customer needs.
- Actively engaged with the engineering team supporting delivery and execution against the product roadmap.
6 Months:
- Delivered an initiative from discovery through launch with measurable outcomes.
- Developed strong relationships internally and with customers.
12 Months:
- Demonstrated measurableimpactthrough feature delivery and customer outcomes.
- Trusted by the engineering team and customers.
Qualifications
- 3 -5 years in product management, ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech.
- Experience owning a product backlog and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep empathy for users and strong discovery skills.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
