Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

The job
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team to lead our in-house quote to contract projects and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analysing business requirements, designing solutions, and guiding the implementation of complex projects aimed at streamlining quote to contract processes and enhancing existing systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of quote to contract projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify pain points, and define project scope and objectives
- Conduct workshops and requirement elicitation sessions to gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements for project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancement requests, assess impact, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on leading quote to contract projects.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, as well as quote to contract solutions such as Salesforce CPQ and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executives, business users, and technical teams
Desired skills
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce CPQ Specialist are preferred.

Hybrid working
