Job Description
What is this position about?
- Own long-term product scope, defining epics and features, ensuring end-to-end use cases and workflows are captured, intent/capabilities are delivered, and the product is continuously validated
- Drive results that deliver user delight and drive products toward product-market fit
- Anticipate, identify, and address risks and blockers that could impede engineering progress
- Work with clients and users to capture business requirements at the least necessary level of detail to support rapid delivery cycles
- Support Engineering and Client collaborative working sessions and capture of feedback
- Triangulate engineering, user testing and feedback, AI evaluation to deliver ship ready features
- Monitor progress and % complete against longer term roadmaps and structure functionality and supporting dev ops & SRE work into work sprints and releases that deliver incremental value to the client
- Act as the first user of solutions, routing feedback and results to Workstream Leads and business partners for prioritization
- Monitor engagement and retention metrics to track product-market fit evolution
- Triage user feedback back to engineering teams and subject matter experts
- Operate seamlessly across strategic (quarterly scope, OKRs) and tactical (sprint mechanics, documentation) horizons simultaneously
- Translate technical constraints and trade-offs into business language for client and executive stakeholders
- Facilitate prioritization decisions across competing client, engineering, and business demands
- Own and maintain product documentation (specs, roadmaps, release notes) as the single source of truth across teams
Qualifications
- Proven product management experience delivering new software from conception through MVP and beyond in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated documentation discipline
- Ability to capture complex customer journeys clearly and iterate them based on feedback
- Comfort defining and tracking success metrics, and making "good enough to ship" calls in ambiguous conditions
- Expert stakeholder management across client PMO/QE teams, engineering, and domain experts
- Demonstrated comfort developing products in highly regulated environments with significant consideration for risk, compliance, and legal issues
- Initiative, curiosity, and adaptability to thrive in evolving AI product environments
- Working familiarity with AI/LLM product development including prompt design, evaluation frameworks, and the practical limits of model-based features
- Track record of shipping incrementally in ambiguous, evolving scope rather than fixed-spec environments
- Comfort managing up and across in client organizations without formal authority
Nice-to-haves:
- Prior engineering or technical background
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI or LLM-based products
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management
- Experience collaborating with SMEs who author or contribute to products directly
- Compensation: USD 135000 - USD 150000 - yearly
